Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a supervisor for the Material Handlers team on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm–10pm). This onsite role requires overseeing workload distribution, throughput, and adherence to GMP/ISO standards while partnering with Quality.

Relocation assistance is not available and visa sponsorship is not offered. Compensation ranges from $38,688 to $65,728 based on experience, with emphasis on Lean principles and safe handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees workload distribution and productivity of the group; monitors throughput, quality, and assigns tasks.
• Responds to internal/external requests; assists staff with problem solving and escalated issues; conducts on-the-job training.
• Applies Lean Principles to daily activities and identifies process improvements.
• Leads special projects and may assist management with HR issues; uses handling equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
