Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage production WIP to meet Fab cycle time and OTD targets.
• Review production reports to monitor progress and identify risks to on-time deliveries.
• Analyze tool and queue reports to identify manufacturing issues and coordinate recovery plans.
• Plan daily WIP movement with Manufacturing to meet fab out and shipment targets.
• Coordinate with QA and Planner to expedite urgent OTD or critical lots.
• Generate and maintain lot start criteria to optimize fab WIP movement.
• Review RTD and Inficon scheduling tools to ensure optimized WIP movement.
• Schedule facilities tool time requests.
• Monitor time window WIP to prevent failures.
• Continuously improve WIP management system.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

GPA 3.0 or higher
