Job summary

Fort Miller Precast is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support our operations and customer commitments. You will create and maintain production schedules, coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and serve as the contact for orders and delivery inquiries.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Team Leaders, and Operations to meet schedules, ensure accuracy, and maintain clear, professional records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional email/phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities effectively.
• Experience with MS Excel and quick learner of new programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules to support operational and customer requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and third-party trucking companies.
• Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counting.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, scheduling, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Team Leaders, and Operations to support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate changes clearly and professionally.

Your role as a Production Control Coordinator:

• Familiarity with construction drawings desired
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on workload demands
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
