Job summary

Engineering Services, LLC is seeking a Production Control Clerk to collect and record production data, including material usage and quality control metrics. This role supports efficient reporting and data integrity within the manufacturing environment.

You will compile information for status reports, calculate costs, monitor orders, and help generate work orders and input production data. Strong typing and communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of general work experience required.
• Typing, filing, and written/verbal communication skills preferred.
• Any combination of education/experience may be substituted per hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production.
• Compiles essential information, such as production rates, materials used, inventories and other vital customer information, for the efficient completion of status reports.
• Calculates financial figures, such as required amounts of materials and labor, wages and manufacturing costs, by using pricing schedules, business machines, calculators or computers.
• Performs various production control activities including monitoring customer orders and posting production schedules.
• Assist with generating work orders and keying production data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• One-year general work experience required
• Efficiency in typing, filing and delivering written and verbal communication strongly preferred
