Express Employment Professionals in Dubuque, IA, is seeking dependable individuals for Production & Construction Helper roles with a local manufacturing company. This entry-level position offers hands-on learning, indoor year-round work, and a pathway to skilled trades.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, first shift with no weekends. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus on-the-job training, holidays and PTO upon hire, and long-term growth potential with a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Previous manufacturing, construction, or labor experience is helpful but not required.
