Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, first shift with no weekends. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus on-the-job training, holidays and PTO upon hire, and long-term growth potential with a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Previous manufacturing, construction, or labor experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of custom architectural and stone products
• Perform a variety of hands-on manufacturing and construction-related tasks
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Learn specialized skills and processes from experienced team members
