Qualifications

• Associate degree in chemistry or equivalent with 3+ years experience, or a BS in chemistry.
• Experience in formulation development, quality control and process optimization.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and batch records.
• Knowledge of EPA regulations and ISO9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and weigh chemicals for solution prep per BOM and adjust formulas.
• Conduct technical testing and record results; prepare reports.
• Prepare technical documentation such as batch records and SOPs.
• Maintain laboratory supplies and inventory to support operations.
• Perform quality checks (titrations, pH, conductivity) and ensure ISO compliance.
• Operate and calibrate lab instrumentation.
