Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking an R&D professional to lead research and development activities for oligos.

The role provides oligo process support to Operations through instrument/oligo process troubleshooting and completion of Client investigations, and supports GMP manufacture of oligonucleoProducts. The job includes continuous improvement of existing processes and development/transfer of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently produces notebook, dev, pilot and production materials per written directions
• Assist Core Team and Extended Core Team Members with New Product Development
• Assist team members with Client investigations and associated testing
• Analyzes in-process and final oligos using state of the art analytical techniques
• Troubleshoots simple manufacturing process problems
• Analyze, track, and trend New Product Development associated process data
• Creates documents and assists with assembly of change control packages
• Completes ERP and cycle count transactions
• Keeps accurate records and documentation

Job description
