Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads and solves problems, balancing personnel and production flow.
• Monitors performance, conduct and contribution of cell members.
• Requires knowledge of board assembly, SMT processing and soldering basics.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates the movement of product(s) through designated area of responsibility.
• Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.
• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
• Monitors quantity and quality output and leads production or prototype team to meet group goals.
• Compiles data and generates reports on cell performance.
• Possesses foundation skills and appropriate technical / leadership skills.
• Must possess specific certifications as defined by site operations.
