Qualifications

• 1-3 years of carpentry, framing, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience using tape measures, nail guns, power tools, and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a production-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood wall panels, roof trusses, and floor systems according to blueprints and production drawings.
• Measure, cut, position, and secure lumber and building materials to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to ensure accurate construction.
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production goals while following all company safety procedures.
• Stage, load, and move materials and finished products for shipment.
• Assist with general material handling and inventory organization.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
