Job summary

Midpen Media Center seeks an experienced Business Development & Production Services Manager to grow our professional media services and strengthen client relationships. You will coordinate studio, field, livestream, and community productions and work closely with the Executive Director and production team.

The role combines business development, client service, and strong project-management and organizational skills to ensure productions are efficiently managed and delivered, while expanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, media production, marketing, broadcasting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in business development, client relations, account management, media production, project coordination, studio operations, or a related area.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with businesses, nonprofits, schools, municipalities, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond to inquiries regarding professional video production, studio rentals, livestreaming, event production, and related media services.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, scopes of work, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on business development strategies and revenue-growth opportunities.
• Coordinate studio productions, field shoots, livestreams, and events.
