Bellmont Cabinet's Stile & Rail Division in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Outside Production Builder Sales Representative to drive growth with regional home builders and to own the production builder territory. You will cultivate relationships with purchasing teams, construction managers, and design centers while expanding market share.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in builder sales or cabinet design, with proficiency in 2020 Design, Salesforce, Excel, and CRM/relationship management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in builder sales, cabinet design, or project management within the Kitchen & Bath or residential construction industry.
• Proven sales and closing abilities with problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments.
• Proven results-driven performance and strong communication with builder executives and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with production builder customers, including purchasing teams, construction managers, and design centers.
• Retain and grow market share within assigned accounts by positioning Bellmont as the preferred cabinetry partner.
• Own and drive performance and success of your production builder territory.
• Navigate high-pressure construction environments and serve as a solutions-focused liaison.
• Travel to job sites, builder offices, and community locations to grow the business.
