Manhattan Project Beer Co. in North Texas is hiring a Brewer to help maintain our high standards of quality and innovation. You will operate brewing systems, perform fermentations, and assist with recipe development in a fast-paced brewery environment.

• 1+ year of professional brewing experience.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain brewing systems (50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal) and CIP.
• Perform fermentation additions, including dry hops, fruit, and finings.
• Conduct daily measurements and sensory analysis to ensure quality.
• Participate in product development meetings and sensory panels.
• Maintain equipment like centrifuge, CIP skid, and forklifts when needed.
