Manhattan Project Beer Co. in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Brewer to join North Texas’ fastest growing brewery. You will support brewing systems workflow, monitor fermentation, and help maintain high quality and innovation in production.

Ideal candidates are passionate about craft beer, able to lift up to 55 lbs, work rotating shifts, and follow safety protocols. We offer competitive pay, health insurance with company contribution, PTO, and merchandise discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist brewing systems workflow across 50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, and 10 gal scales.
• Monitor product in process and during fermentation.
• Participate in quality checks, sensory analysis, and development tastings.
• Maintain and operate centrifuge, CIP skid, and related equipment; support forklift and scissor lift operations.
• Keep production area clean and organized reflecting our standards.

Responsibilities That Make an Impact

As an Assistant Brewer at Manhattan Project Beer Co, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

Brewing and Production

• Assisting the production staff with brewing systems workflow (50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal).
• Monitoring product in process and fermentation.

Quality and Innovation

• Conducting daily measurements, sensory analysis, and making process decisions to ensure exceptional quality.
• Participating in product development tastings and sensory panels.

Maintenance and Operations

• Operating and maintaining the centrifuge, CIP skid, and other equipment.
• Driving and operating forklifts and scissor lifts to support production.

Keeping It Clean and Organized

• Maintaining a clean and organized production area that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Your Schedule

Our team works hard to deliver exceptional beer while maintaining a work-life balance. The schedule includes:
