Manhattan Project Beer Co. is seeking an Assistant Brewer to uphold high quality and drive innovation in a fast-paced brewing environment. You will assist with multiple brew systems, monitor fermentation, and participate in tastings while maintaining safety and organization across the production area.

Ideal candidates are passionate about craft beer, physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs, and committed to continuous learning and excellence in every batch.

• Desire to become a professional brewer with passion for the craft.

• Adheres to safety protocols and pays attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist with brewing systems workflow (50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal).
• Monitor product in process and fermentation.
• Conduct daily measurements and sensory analysis for quality.
• Participate in product development tastings and sensory panels.
• Operate and maintain centrifuge, CIP skid, forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.

Responsibilities That Make an Impact

As an Assistant Brewer at Manhattan Project Beer Co., you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

Brewing and Production

• Assisting the production staff with brewing systems workflow (50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal).
• Monitoring product in process and fermentation.

Quality and Innovation

• Conducting daily measurements, sensory analysis, and making process decisions to ensure exceptional quality.
• Participating in product development tastings and sensory panels.

Maintenance and Operations

• Operating and maintaining the centrifuge, CIP skid, and other equipment.
• Driving and operating forklifts and scissor lifts to support production.

Keeping It Clean and Organized

• Maintaining a clean and organized production area that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Your Schedule

Our team works hard to deliver exceptional beer while maintaining a work-life balance. The schedule includes:

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• Biweekly weekend duties (approximately 2 hours).
