• Operational Efficiency: Maintain a fast, disciplined pace to meet daily production pars.
• Clean as you Go: Maintain sanitation of workspace, pantry, fridge, and freezer; perform deep cleaning of equipment.
• Inventory Discipline: Assist in receiving and rotating stock (FIFO) and labeling ingredients.
• Extreme Ownership: Take initiative and report issues with suggested solutions; support teammates.
• Collaboration: Work with FOH and other departments as needed; be a team-first player.
