• Baking mastery including scaling, mixing, proofing and baking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: accurately scale, mix, and bake the full Dolce portfolio with 100% recipe adherence.
• Quality Ownership: audit your own work and flag imperfect batches for correction.
• Operational Efficiency: maintain a fast, disciplined pace to meet daily production pars.
• Clean as you Go: sanitize workspace and equipment; deep clean as needed.
• Inventory Discipline: assist in receiving and rotating stock (FIFO) and proper labeling.
• Extreme Ownership: take initiative, solve or report problems with suggested solutions.
• Collaboration: work with FOH and other departments as needed.
