Responsibilities

• Accurately scale, mix, and bake the full Dolce portfolio with 100% recipe adherence.
• Audit your own work and ensure consistency of every tray.
• Maintain a fast, disciplined pace to meet daily production pars.
• Own sanitation of workspace and perform deep cleaning of equipment.
• Assist in receiving and rotating stock (FIFO) and proper labeling.
• Take initiative and report issues with suggested solutions.
• Collaborate with FOH and other departments as needed.
