Job summary

Too Sweet Cakes Llc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Baker for late morning or overnight shifts to support our wholesale bakery operations. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of baking or pastry experience preferred, but not required.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• A strong interest in high-quality baked goods and the food industry.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50-75 lbs occasionally.
• Open availability and schedule flexibility required.
• Comfortable working evening or overnight hours, including early-morning shifts.
• A dynamic team environment where collaboration is key.
• Eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Work with urgency and accuracy to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
