Via Roma is seeking a Production Baker to join our bustling bakery team. You will assist with a wide range of items and support daily production in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional baking experience, cake decorating preferred, strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and flexibility for early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Paid training with room for advancement and a fun, supportive work environment with culinary professionals.

Requirements:

Physical Demands:

• Standing for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)

• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly

• Working in a warm environment near ovens and proofers

• Some weekend shifts required
