An established industry player is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance ECU production assembly lines through effective monitoring and training. This role focuses on improving maintenance processes, leading troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical equipment. This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPIs for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing and executing training, and mentoring maintenance staff. The focus is on improving maintenance troubleshooting and execution.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with defect reduction activities, supporting and training maintenance staff, leading improvement projects, and conducting root cause and countermeasure activities.
The ideal candidate should be motivated to learn, enjoy teamwork, have electrical and mechanical experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, time management, prioritization skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Proven ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and identify root causes of equipment failures.
Knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
Possession of a 2-year technical degree and relevant work experience.
