Job description

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPIs for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing/executing training, and mentoring maintenance staff. The focus is on improving troubleshooting and maintenance execution.

Primary responsibilities include assisting with defect reduction activities, supporting and training maintenance staff, leading improvement projects, and conducting root cause/countermeasure activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be motivated to learn, enjoy teamwork, have electrical and mechanical experience, and possess strong attention to detail, organization, time management, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.

Proven ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and identify root causes of equipment failure.

Knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).

Possession of a 2-year technical degree and relevant work experience.

Beneficial Skills:

• Advanced knowledge/experience with PLC/HMI (Keyence, Allen Bradley, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge/experience with robotics (Fanuc, Yamaha, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge/experience with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.)
