Shift: 4:30 PM-2:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol, is looking for a Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will be part of a team of about 700 employees working the 1st shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. We offer a competitive compensation package, with benefits starting at 60 days. The environment is climate-controlled, depending on your assigned line. Training will be provided on our equipment and processes.

MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts

Starting Pay:

1st Shift | $19.11/hour

Job Duties:

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as needed based on production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements according to company or USDA policy.
