Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol, is looking for a Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 700 employees and work the 1st shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. We offer a competitive compensation package, and benefits start at 60 days! You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on your assigned line. Training on our equipment and processes will be provided.

MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts

Starting Pay:

1st Shift | $19.11/hour

Job Duties:

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as needed for production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet cleanup requirements according to company and USDA policies
