Job Summary

Summary: Receives, stores and distributes product/inventory alongside fellow coworkers to ensure we provide outstanding service to our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follows steps of service
• Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed
• Receiving F&B products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the process (forklifts, power-jacks, utility carts, etc.)
• Delivers product requested during an event
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items
• Changing kegs as needed during an event
• Knowledgeable on concession stand menus and aware of what products should be in each stand
• Establishes rapport with guests/peers/vendors
• Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests
• Conducts inventory counts each month
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Performs other duties as assigned
