Anomatic Corporation in Newark, Ohio is seeking Production Team Members for the second shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm – 12:45am). This entry-level role supports multiple production positions and requires flexibility to meet changing production needs.

You will visually inspect and remove finished parts from a moving production line, work with a team to meet daily production goals, and follow standard work procedures.

Job Summary

This entry-level position functions as a flexible resource throughout the department to ensure daily production. This team member works in all major production positions as needed; they must be flexible and adaptable to meet the quickly changing needs of the operation. This role is also responsible for visually inspecting and removing finished parts from a moving production line.

Essential Functions

• Performs a wide range of job responsibilities in all production areas as needed.
• Properly removes all finished parts from the row.
• Consistently picks-out and removes defects from a moving line.
• Follows all standard work procedures.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Differentiates between scrap defects and re-run defects.
• Packs finished parts efficiently.
• Any other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, standing or walking most of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Can successfully work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and take direction from others.
• Ability to differentiate between different sizes, shapes, styles and colors.
• Ability to read/set scales.
