Anomatic in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking a Production Associate on the Third Shift to support the metalizing department. You will rotate through production roles, adapt to changing needs, and help ensure daily output.

You must be reliable, able to lift up to 35 lbs, follow SOPs, and communicate effectively with team leads to maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a long-standing packaging manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors multiple production positions in the metalizing department as needed.
• Reads job cards, enters data, records downtime and maintains records.
• Moves finished goods pallets to staging areas and assists with weighing/labeling boxes.
• Maintains a clean work environment and participates in SQDC goals.
• Performs other duties to support production needs.

Position: Production Associate

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Reports to: Team Leads

Shifts: Third Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00pm - 6:00am

JOB SUMMARY

This position functions as a flexible resource throughout the metalizing department to ensure daily production. This team member works in all major production positions as needed in Anodizing; they must be flexible and adaptable to meet the quickly changing needs of the operation.

• Monitors and maintains proper machine operations, clears jams and faults in a safe manner, and supports machine set‑ups and changeovers
• Reads and understands job cards, completes data entry activities accurately, records downtime and maintains records as directed
• Checks and maintains materials at specified levels
• Moves finished goods pallets to staging areas and helps Quality weigh and label boxes
• Provides timely and complete feedback regarding quality or mechanical issues
• Maintains a clean work environment
• Consistently meets production and quality standards and works with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) in mind
• Performs other duties as assigned to support production needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work at a fast pace, standing or walking most of the shift
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Good communication, organization and record-keeping skills
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends
• Ability to lift to 35lbs. as needed and stand or walk an entire shift
• Can successfully work in a team environment and willing to take direction from others
• Understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to function well under pressure
