Job summary

Weinbrenner Shoe Company is seeking dependable Production Associates to join the Thorogood brand's American-made manufacturing team. You will perform footwear production tasks, operate hand tools and machinery, assemble components, and follow safety guidelines.

This entry-level role offers a full benefits plan after 30 days, a stable daytime schedule Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed, and opportunities for advancement in a growing company.

Weinbrenner Shoe Company is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Associates. Be part of a company known for quality, tradition, and American-made craftsmanship.

The Associates will help ensure that the Thorogood brand continues to be recognized as one of the best brands in the footwear industry.

Duties include:

• Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of footwear
• Operate hand tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble shoe components according to quality and production standards
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Perform other related duties assigned based on specific position

Candidates should have the following skills:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective communications skills
• Be a team-player
• Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of day

Effective August 2026, Hourly Wage of $20.00 up to $24.37 per hour (Pay rate dependent on position)

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, occasional overtime.
