Job summary

Weinbrenner Shoe Company in Marshfield, WI is seeking dependable Production Associates to join the team. You will help manufacture footwear, operate tools safely, assemble components, and maintain a clean, organized work area as part of a cooperative production line for the Thorogood brand.

This entry-level role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with overtime as needed, and a comprehensive benefits plan after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required, but helpful.
• Background in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of footwear.
• Operate hand tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble shoe components according to quality and production standards.
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other related duties assigned based on specific position.
