Job summary

Weinbrenner Shoe Company in Marshfield, WI is seeking dependable Production Associates to join the team. You will help manufacture footwear, operate tools safely, assemble components, and maintain a clean, organized work area as part of a cooperative production line for the Thorogood brand.

This entry-level role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with overtime as needed, and a comprehensive benefits plan after 30 days.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required, but helpful.
• Background in manufacturing is a plus.

The Associates will help ensure that the Thorogood brand continues to be recognized as one of the best brands in the footwear industry.

Duties include:

• Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of footwear
• Operate hand tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble shoe components according to quality and production standards
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Perform other related duties assigned based on specific position

Candidates should have the following skills:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective communications skills
• Be a team-player
• Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of day

Effective August 2026, Hourly Wage of $20.00 up to $24.37 per hour (Pay rate dependent on position)

Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, occasional overtime.
