Voltage Energy Group is seeking Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations at our Timberlake, NC site. You will perform hands-on tasks, assemble components, operate production equipment, and prepare materials for processing in a fast-paced environment.

Strict adherence to safety and quality standards is required. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior manufacturing/production experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Entry-level opportunity with full training provided.

The Production Staff role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production flow, product quality, and on-time delivery.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow production team members to meet operational goals.## **What You'll Do*** Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks such as assembling components, operating production equipment, and preparing materials for processing.* Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.* Set up, operate, and monitor machinery or tools as trained to support production requirements.* Meet hourly and daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.* Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards.* Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly.* Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S or similar practices.## **What We're Looking For*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred but not required.* Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools or machinery is a plus.* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.* Entry-level opportunity with full training provided.* Join a growing manufacturing team in the renewable energy space.* Build hands-on skills with opportunities for advancement.## **Additional Information**Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The Company will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa, including without limitation, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability or similar immigration processes.**Equal Employment Opportunity**Voltage is an equal opportunity employer.
