Voltage Manufacturing LLC in Timberlake, NC is hiring Production Associates for onsite, full-time roles. You will perform hands-on production tasks, operate and monitor equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Training is provided to build skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks such as assembling components and operating production equipment.
  • Follow work instructions, schedules, and SOPs to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery or tools as trained to support production.
  • Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and report defects or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S practices.

Location: Timberlake, NC (onsite)Schedule: Full-time | Non-ExemptAbout the RoleVoltage is seeking motivated Production Associates. The Production Staff role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production flow, product quality, and on-time delivery.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
