Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Michigan. You will be trained across all aspects of the role to set you up for success in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first.

The position involves assembling windows with tools and automated equipment, communicating clearly in English, and reading instructions from a computer screen to support production lines. Relocation is not required, and a strong emphasis is placed on benefits and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment (drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing).
• Read and follow English instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Coordinate with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
