Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate for its Michigan facility. You will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, learn processes, and work with a safety-first team in a climate-controlled plant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting, or using a saw.
• Read and follow English instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
