Job summary

Marvin in Michigan is seeking a Production Associate to support assembling products and operate tools in a clean, climate-controlled plant with safety as a priority. You’ll be trained across roles, cross-trained in multiple departments, and work with a team to meet production goals.

The role includes shift options with mandatory overtime, competitive hourly pay between $18.50 and $22.50, and benefits from day one such as health coverage, PTO, and a built-in pay raise after six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
