Job summary

Quaker Windows & Doors is hiring Production Workers / Manufacturing Associates to support our growing operations in Freeburg, Missouri. You will assemble vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors and operate production equipment with training provided.

Starting pay ranges from $20.15 to $25.94 per hour with guaranteed raises and comprehensive benefits including employer-paid health insurance, vision, dental, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Manufacturing or factory experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors.
• Operate manufacturing and production equipment (training provided).
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety procedures in a clean, organized facility.
