Job summary

Interstate Window & Door Company in Pittston, PA is seeking a Production / Assembly Associate for the day shift. You will help build high-quality windows and doors, assembling components with hand and power tools on a production line to meet daily goals.

Starting pay is $15.66 per hour with overtime according to the production schedule; a comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, life and disability coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable using cordless drills, screw guns, and other hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic math.
• Strong quality focus and safety awareness.
• Reliable and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window and door components using hand and power tools.
• Work on a manufacturing/production line to meet daily goals.
• Use measuring tools to ensure accurate builds.
• Maintain quality standards and inspect finished product.
• Follow safety procedures and company processes.
• Cross-train in different departments as needed.
