Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Production Associate in Newport, TN to help manufacture quality products, meet daily goals, and support a safety-focused team. You will assemble parts, load and unload materials, inspect for defects, and read assembly sheets in a fast-paced operation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to reliable attendance. Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using a rivet gun.
• Load/unload materials and package finished products.
• Inspect parts for defects and perform quality checks.
• Use a pallet jack to move materials.
• Monitor equipment and report issues.
• Read and follow Assembly Set-Up Sheets.
