Job summary

BlueScope North America is seeking a Production Associate to support the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment, as well as assisting with assembly and material handling. The role requires a meticulous eye for quality and a hands-on approach within a collaborative team environment.

Hours are Sunday night through Friday morning, 10:00pm to 6:00am, with some overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load materials: loads and unloads material from machines, conveyors, etc.
• Prepare and assemble: assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools.
• Ensure quality: use measuring tools and processes to perform inspections to ensure materials meet exact specifications.
• Contribute to improvement: actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and organize: support housekeeping and 5-S practices.

Join Our Team as a Production Associate!

We're looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Whether you're experienced in production or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team.

Hours are Sunday night - Friday morning 10:00pm-6:00am with some OT required.

Pay for this position is $19.95/hour

and will include a $2.00/hour shift differential
