Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate in Gordonsville, TN for a 2nd shift role. The position starts with a temporary period leading to permanent employment, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.05 per hour and shift options from 2:00pm–10:00pm or 10:00pm–6:00am.

Responsibilities include assembling components, painting driveshafts, and ensuring quality. Candidates should be reliable, physically capable, and able to follow detailed instructions; training on 1st shift is available in the

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial assembly is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong physicality and reliability.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components into larger assemblies following detailed instructions.
• Paint components and completed driveshafts to meet quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy in assembly to achieve high-quality results.
• Report any malfunctions or defective parts to management promptly.
• Build and check parts daily to maintain production flow and quality.
