Job summary

Independent Stave Company in Wellston, OH is seeking Production & Manufacturing Associates to join a fast-paced team on 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

You will safely operate equipment, maintain production pace, minimize waste, and work with coworkers and supervisors in a respectful, cooperative environment.

Skills and Qualifications for Production & Manufacturing Associates:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work in various physical positions: bending, stooping, standing, and performing coordinated movements such as pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, and bilateral arm movements.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range: With incentives for production, quality, attendance, and safety, pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
