Job summary

Pretzilla, LLC is seeking team members for our busy production lines in Wisconsin. You will help make, bake, pack and move pretzel buns, ensuring items meet size, color and packaging standards. You''ll work with line operators to quickly address issues and keep the production area clean and safe.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic and teamwork. No prior food production experience is required—training on the Pretzilla way is provided, and we offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food or production experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll teach you the Pretzilla way.

Responsibilities

• Keep our lines moving: making, baking, packing and moving product, pans and racks.
• Check details that matter, like size, color, cut and packaging, so every pretzel leaves here right.
• Work alongside your line operator and supervisor to solve problems as they come up.
• Keep your area clean, safe and organized, including sanitation tasks.
• Follow our food safety and safety standards (GMPs, SQF, HACCP and lockout/tagout). We''ll train you on all of it.
