48forty Solutions is hiring a Yard Laborer in Haines City, FL. You will maintain the yard, warehouse areas, bathrooms, and breakroom, and you will be responsible for trash disposal and keeping spaces clean.

The role offers $15.00 per hour for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Benefits include time off, health coverage, and 401(k) options.

Overview

As a Yard Laborer, you’ll get to maintain the Plant’s overall cleanliness by cleaning the yard, warehouse areas, bathrooms, breakroom, and empty all trash. This role is very important to the success of our plant, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to add to our team!

Hourly Pay:

$15.00/hr.

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

• Pick up debris/garbage and dispose properly

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
• Repetitivelylift upto 50-75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths in time
• The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
