Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Martinsburg, WV is seeking an Extrusion Associate to inspect and pack extruded product, maintain line paperwork, and support production on a 2-2-3 schedule. Base pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour night shift differential and benefits starting day one.

This role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 86 lbs, good communication, and teamwork. Weekly pay and on-demand pay are provided, along with comprehensive safety programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Reliable work history strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills as job duties require.
• Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance.
• Must be quality and safety conscious, a team player.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects extruded product for appearance and size defects according to specifications.
• Notify appropriate personnel of product defects.
• Assemble and pack cartons for packaging and transfer to finished product skid.
• Maintain paperwork related to line packaging.
• Perform line shutdown tasks and participate in plant safety programs.
