Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Associate for the Night Shift at our Martinsburg, WV site. You will visually inspect extrusion products, ensure packing accuracy, and assist with line operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Position offers benefits starting day one, on-demand pay access, and weekly payroll. Must be 18+, able to read, write, and lift up to 86 lbs consistently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills as job duties require.
• Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance.
• Must be quality and safety conscious, a team player.
• Ability to lift up to 86lbs on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist and ability to team lift 87 to 100lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded product for appearance and size defects according to specifications.
• Notify appropriate personnel of product defects and packaging issues.
• Assemble cartons for packaging and ensure proper packing patterns and counts.
• Maintain paperwork related to line packaging and shift records.
• Operate and support production line activities, including line shutdowns and tool changes.
• Observe health and safety practices and report unsafe conditions.
