Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Production Associates to join the Work Order Department at Protective Industrial Products (PIP) in Olive Branch, MS. Associates will perform hands-on production and general warehouse duties, handling, organizing, processing, and packaging products.

This position requires dependable attendance and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. A background check and drug screening are required, with mandatory overtime and occasional extended

Qualifications

• Must be available for mandatory overtime.
• Must be able to work 10-hour shifts when required.
• Must be available to work weekends when required.
• Must be available for the regular 7:00 AM–3:45 PM schedule.
• Dependable transportation to Olive Branch.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain production expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9).

Responsibilities

• Unpack, sort, organize, fold, process, and repack products as assigned.
• Prepare products and work orders accurately according to instructions.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Package and prepare completed products for the next stage of production.
• Perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Stand and work for extended periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Follow supervisor instructions and all safety procedures.
• Assist with additional production or warehouse duties as needed.
