Job summary

Our client in Crothersville, IN is seeking a Production Associate to join the industrial manufacturing floor. You will support assembly line operations, move parts, and help maintain steady output on 2nd shift (5pm–1:30am) with mandatory overtime as needed.

This role requires physical work, the ability to lift 15–30 pounds, and compliance with PPE, safety rules, and team procedures. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required, and reliability, focus, and a safety-first mindset

Qualifications

• Ability to lift continuously 15–30 pounds for assembly line work.
• Comfort working in a physically active role with repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to wear required safety gear on-site (steel toe shoes, safety glasses).
• Ability to work assigned 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Move around frequently on the assembly line while lifting and handling parts and boxes of components.
• Take and unload parts on the line, then offload packed parts by hand.
• Support steady production by staying consistent with repetitive, hands-on tasks.
• Maintain safe work practices while working around equipment and moving materials.
• Follow daily production expectations during 8–10 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week.

As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production floor supporting assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting—aligning successfully with the team’s daily production goals.

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2nd Shift: 5pm-1:30am
