Job summary

Justrite Manufacturing Co LLC in Mississippi is seeking a Production Associate to perform production tasks per SOPs, safety standards, and schedules. You will operate machinery, assemble, handle materials, and inspect products to meet quality specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform assembly, material handling, cutting, packaging, or related production tasks.
• Review line worksheets/schedules to determine the sequence of production.
• Load recipes or materials used to produce products per the line schedules.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product defects to leadership promptly.
• Maintain accurate counts, labels, and production documentation as required.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards (5S standards).
• Neatly stack and tag finished product to be moved to next phase or boxing.
• Assist team members and participate in cross-training to support multiple production lines.
• Comply with all safety rules and PPE requirements.
