Job summary

Randstad USA in Shelby, NC is seeking a production worker to perform high-speed assembly, packaging, and sorting on a continuous production line. You will work quickly to meet daily quotas and line speed, using basic tools and equipment as required.

You will assist with final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products, while adhering to dress code and safety requirements. The shift runs from 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM, with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package offered by

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.
• Work quickly and accurately to meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
• Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
• Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.

dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel/Composite Toe shoes required.
