Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking general labor workers in Athens, TN to support the production floor with a range of tasks including material handling, sorting components, and area cleanup.

You will assist with loading materials into simple machines, performing basic visual inspections, and helping package finished goods with tracking labels. You must be flexible and able to adapt as priorities change during the short-term mandate.

Responsibilities

• General labor: assist with various tasks across the factory floor, including material handling, sorting components, sweeping, and general area cleanup.
• Machine support: load raw materials or components into simple machines and remove finished parts, preparing them for the next stage.
• Visual inspection: perform basic visual quality checks on products to identify obvious flaws or missing components.
• Packaging and labeling: assist with the final stages of production, including packaging finished goods and applying basic tracking labels.
• Flexibility: quickly learn and execute different factory support tasks as priorities shift during the short-term mandate.
